Are you bored with the default "deck-chair" type prop?
This is not mere decoration prop, This actually works.

- Marble Stool (prop)
- Sitting feature ,1 seat.
- People can sit down this, When this prop is used in other Assets. (Asset editor)
...... Even if you put this with 'More Beautification' mod in-game, People will not sit on this.

This turns to the direction same as other benches, signboards, other props.
And, the mark of back side is in the rear. (This was fixed at 2nd or 3rd update)

When placing @stmSantana in editor... could you confirm if com sits on the north, south, east or west corner when initially selected?
