Effect Highlighter

Highlight effects you're pointing at! This is useful if you have a lot of effects near each other, and you don't know which green ring belongs to the effect you want. Only the effect you're pointing at will glow!

By default, effects will be highlighted in white while you're holding either the toolgun or the physgun, but not while you're grabbing them with the physgun. This is completely customizable with the following convars:

hl_effecthighlight_weapons - Which weapons you must hold for the script to take effect. Modifiers control functionality like the physgun described above.
hl_effecthighlight_color - Color of the highlight.
hl_effecthighlight_size - Size of the highlight, but be warned, high sizes tend to be nearly invisible.
