all countries have at least 1 university and these researches completed: Conscription, Factory System, Mining, Subsistance Economy, Infantry Weapons I, Industrialization, Agrarian Reform

+ new flags and military insygnia (based on a real designs)
+ most countires have at least three cities so you can try to capture a whole Earth even playing a North Korea! Also it makes a whole game more realistic
+ removed mechanized factory upgrade, large factory upgrade, industrial factory upgrade and enterprise factory upgrade to make this mod more realistic
+ no end time
+ no alliances
