Makes a character much like Skelly playable in Wazhack.

The Skeleton Guide himself descends into the legendary dungeons to give it a second shot, joined alongside by his fallen canine ally.
They are swift, resistant to several types of certain magics, and do not require food to sustain themselves.
Years instructing adventures and past-experience in the dungeon means they have several knowledgable talents.
They may seem like a powerful character at first, but their true weakness is that they lack the ability to regenerate health like a mortal would, not even potions of healing will restore them.
