Add a technology at society field (New world)
Add a planet unique building which generates 6 influence
+ 15 Housing

Add Job Types:
+ (2+2) Rulers / 4 Brain Drones
+4 Enforcers / 4 Warrior Drones

From Jobs:
+ 10 Amenities
+ 10 Planet Stability
- 20% Orbital Bombardment Damage
+ 6 influence
+ Unity
+ Planet Defense Army Per Jobs

Re-balancing since 3.0:
Upkeep changed to 25 energy

Re-balancing since 3.8:
Influence would now be obtained by Jobs. Added Consumer Goods and Dark Matter as the upkeep.

Fixed a bug in the technology.

To keep the compatibility of version 3.10 or below I might have to create another mod using the current version.

Will try to update this mod when I got more free time

I will delete the patch when/if this mod gets updated to 4.0.*.
