Most probably because of the playing offline and the file's archive type .bin -- not working, when copied to C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Mods -- not showing up in game in any way, possible for construction...

they should make batteries recoverable again with 0 energy on construction so this is how to jump start a dead ship =D

I'm not sure what the poster below me is having issues with, but I installed this mod ten minutes ago, and it works just fine.
