TO MAKE THIS WORK TYPE SV_CONSISTENCY 0 IN CONSOLE!
I saw [420] BuffaloAlmond89's "Mileena Hunter" and I thought it was a good idea but her animations didn't work online so I fixed that and added first person arms.

note for everyone who loves this mod:

you can now get an add-on to this mod which replaces the l4d1 hunter.

Go on notepad and type sv_consistency 0 then save the notepad file as autoexec.cfg
Put this file into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\cfg and start game
