Is there an option to remove his mask, like you know. To have regular ski mask?

Both of the heavy models should be working fine without any hiccups, the only screwup is a .vmt error on the gloves of the CT Heavy. Other then that you shouldn't need any pre-mounted files.

Nevermind, it's every map. And on top of that the ct heavy is all wireframe ;~;

This is more than likely a fault on my part. Every tutorial I saw was either very vague, or very outdated ._. Any good ones? if so could I get a link?

Strangest thing; the arms get all stretched out when I try and spawn the model and I have no idea what the fuck is happening. As far as I know it's only going on in Inferno. I'll look into it.

It does! I don't really play CSGO much, but the potential for this in SFM is pretty big! I tried porting it directly into sfm but it was all messed up. You probably just have to recompile the .qc in the sfm engine branch but I haven't had Blender Source Tools set up for a long time, and you seem like you'd know how to do it better than myself :)
