Loading Screen Mod [Test]

Support for the new DLCs.

New feature in mod options: Try to recover from Simulation Errors.
New options: Remove all vehicle agents and Remove all citizen agents.

New feature: Optimize thumbnails (in mod options, enabled by default)

• optimizes the memory usage of asset thumbnail and tooltip textures
  
• this option saves about 1.5GB of memory for each 1000 assets
  
• also speeds up custom asset loading
  
• if you use the Find It! mod you'll see less memory saved because Find It creates some textures.

This [Test] version is pretty much the same as Loading Screen Mod. When I release updates or new features, [Test] gets them first. [Test] also creates more comprehensive log files (output_log.txt).

You can subscribe to Loading Screen Mod and this [Test] version at the same time. But please make sure only one of them is enabled!
