This mod is a replacer for the left 4 dead 2 main menu. It seeks to replace the music, sounds, gamemode icons, loading spinner and background with those from halo 3 odst, halo 4, and various custom images. They will fit and give the main menu a new look similar to a Halo Game.

INSTALLATION
------------------

To download the Icons, sounds, and scripts for the menu, simply hit the subscribe button and let it download into your game. If you wish to have the animated backgrounds, you'll need to download them from here: mega(dot)nz/file/MAR3GLaC#6dEhzxAMd7bqT4HjkYshBSHSulaS6UfdLsb_S3EnAJM and replace the l4d2_background.bik files in the media folder in programfiles(x86)/steam/steamapps/common/left4dead2/left4dead2/media
. BE WARNED, you might want to back up the original .bik files in case you don't want these menu backgrounds.

About versus survival icon missing. Well, I don't know others but this happened to me.
I followed the instruction on this site,
https://github.com/craftablescience/VPKEdit/blob/main/INSTALL.md
Install vpkedit, extract contents in this vpk, then pick any you like, change its name to menu_mode_versussurvival.vtf
Use add file to add it back to this vpk with this path set
materials/vgui/menu_mode_versussurvival.vtf
Save, and you're done.

Is there a version that just does the menu icons?

@devist8er replace the (dot) with a . and it'll work just fine. Just tested that now and the link still works.

@Ziggy updated the link but I dunno why it's asking for a decryption key when you can only do that if you have mega nz pro, which I do not have.
