Far better Version than my last one, (and the game version) which was just alteration to in the ingame one.
ALL the Textures are from the real thing.
This is a new construction, with colored lighting after the lighting changes to the real thing last year.

You shouldnt need any power to it, although I use the power transformer next to it.
If you get the road right to it, and pop my ferry terminal on the island you should ger visitors.
Also pop my walkway to its entrance and the Liberty Circle.

No garbage, fire, water or sewage connection is needed. The Port Authority look after all that for you.

I'll update this one when I find a way not to need a road, just a path for the visitors.
The lighting is Dynamic, so anything can happen!
