Conceptual Notes
- Due to no custom animation, it doesn't spin yet again.
- Overwatch's Levitator has the same model as Levitator (Plane).
- The saucers received a redesign to have 5 fins instead of 4 to create a sense of oddity.
- Happy Halloween 2016.

Known Issues
- Placing in the water will cause the asset to drown.
- Despite not requiring electricity, they will not glow outside the city's electrical grid.
