It might just be steam, nothing I can really do on my end.

No I mean the file refuses to be retrieved from the steam server. It just keeps saying "Retrieved 0 bytes in 10 seconds" then times out after a while.

try clearing your addon cache by unsubbing then on console menu_cleanupgma or something like that. Then sub again. Not sure whether it will work or not.

This addon will not download for me. What is going on?

@[C17]: With a sound browser addon they can be used on anything. the real problem is this and part 2 wont download!

If you mean the vehicle addon, TDM, then no it can't be used on it. Unless you actually edit its files. This is only useable in E2, ACF, Etc.

It will take a while, since theres quite a few new sounds that I will need to sort out and add to the addons.

Please add the V6 from the new Nissan GTR. :-)
