Updates the Small RoadGate from Sambot's RoadWorks mod, so it will be able to slide open to the left and right.

Use it with the fabulous Roadworks:

and place this mod above it to override the SmallRoadGate from that mod.

The required Roadworks mod hasn't changed since the release of this mod, so it should still work in theory.
