urban and rural settings. Like the regular water tower, placing them in a polluted area is a no-go, but unlike the water tower, they must be placed roadside. It has four times the

output of the water tower, but for those who like to keep gameplay balanced, it also has -almost- four times the cost and maintenance. Hower, it is more cost effective in the

long run to use these than four water towers.
