You´ll need all four Assets for a complete MTC Building!!!

Use the collection ...

My first and maybe last ;o) Sub-Building project. It was a lot of work... parallel to my job – yes i have to work to make money ;o)

You´ll will get 38 assets, which be compressed in four buildings found under the unique buildings level 2. 0,27Km² surface (65*65 untis --> 520m*520m)

Costs are elected moderate - since you will probably spend the most money to create a flat surface.

Sub-Buildings Enabler by Boformer is required.
The mod can be disbled at any time without causing broken saves or missing assets.

For best results I highly recommend to place this asset on flat terrain.

Stats - please check the pictures

This mod is a area ( R & D ) of the Mercedes Benz plant in Sindelfingen/Germany. The automobile factory assets from Avanya can be wonderfully combined with it.

I had no problem placing part 4. I did not need to place a park area.

NVM figured it out, not sure if its the mods I use but i had to place a park area and entrance then I could place building 4

i can place part 1, 2, and 3 fine but when i try to place part 4 it wont let me, even if i try anarchy, sub buildings enabler is activated, so any ideas??

@vilamno hello... i didnt played CS for a while. but it should work...

you need the "sub buildings enabler" mod... activated then you can place the 4 boxes. after that you can disable the mod. hope it helps.
