I give up... I feel like I tried everything and I don't understand why is it not working or what am I doing wrong... I downloaded the Model and the RIG aswell, SFM asked me to download it, I said yes, it said it's done but everytime I try to load a character it shows only solider who has only his glasses and a pitch black head and that's it.. no other characters at all.. I can select animations for that brokan solider model and that's all it allows me to do. I reinstalled SFM twice now to see maybe I fucked up something and I installed RIG and MODEL also a ton of times but it just never want to work. There is no actual video that shows how to import these in successfully.

and how this actually works ? wich steps should i do to add this on a custom model ? :/

whenever i attatch the rig, the rig turns out sideways from the model
