Lvl3 Commercial RICO Building
Tris: Only 1800+ for a big unique building (Building 1k; Letterings 800 tris)

I wanted to create commercial spaces like this one since the first day I played this game. Give your cims a cozy shopping plaza; a small green, elevated place to have some coffee or relax.

This nice asset always causes "Not Enough Customer!" flag. I am unable to increase the number of visitors above 100, however, it is planned for 888 visitors. I think the visitor limit is just too high.

Looks quite nice, but unfortunately LOD transition is very noticeable.

Is this still chucking out huge amounts of freight traffic? I love the wooden texture this has compared to KingLeno's, but I don't want to have to fuss around with working out traffic problems!

I fixed it by making it low commercial instead of high. Cut traffic big time.

This thing looks great but it creates a crazy amount of truck traffic for delivery of goods. WAY WAY too many

Loving the mall. Anyone else having huge traffic backups at the single connection point on the road? Hearses, police, delivery trucks, everyone uses a single point and the backlog is crazy regarding traffic.
