Well i dont have the files anymore. So i cant update this file. Furthermore the purpose of the blocks are different as the "EM Engine" is meant to be only installed to the back of the ship /like modern real life rocket engines) and the "Em Thruster" is meant to be installed in all six directions.

mmm so they are working the same way just with different intensity so to speak.
Wouldn't therefor one be able to achiev the same by regulating down the power-output like it is done for other things in SE? Same block, but configurable with a slider?

The difference between the two propulsion systems is that the "EM Engine" is intended for main propulsion (similar to the impulse engine in Star Trek), while the "EM Thruster" is intended for smaller ships and for manoeuvring (docking, etc.) larger ships such as starcruisers.

The "EM Engine" is many times more powerful than the "EM Thruster", and therefore the "EM Engine" is too powerful for manoeuvring in tight spaces, e.g. near starbases.

The idea is to put the EM engine blocks in a separate group so they can be activated in addition to the EM thrusters.

@Flori is there a differance between the EM Engine and the EM Thruster? They have the same models so i am a bit confused *blush*

@Glington aaah i was wondering which mod made steel plates invisible hrhr, putting it on the end of the mod lsit to be loaded last got it.

ehm no... the thruster is meant to be build hidden inside the hull for SciFi ships.

btw I fix it by put it at the end of mod loading

true and it still works and I like it

its an very old mod...
