Transparent Displays - See-through LCDs!

This mod adds new text panel blocks (LCD blocks) that are transparent.

- LargeShip 1x1x1 square
- SmallShip 3x3x1 square
- SmallShip 1x1x1 square

The text can be read from both sides.

Survival ready, has construction models, it's paintable, has LOD models and airtight.


- Model highlight when aiming at it doesn't work, you can still interact with it to open terminal (vanilla transparent LCDs have the same issue).
- (Solved, uses glass now) Can't see other transparent LCDs through a transparent LCD, limitation of the dithering method.

But also there's the DLC and unsure how that will work with this mod being added there, could be seen as circumventing DLC (but here it existed before the DLC)
