[VJ] Battle Droid SNPCs(Deprecated)

!!This addon and all my other NPC addons are now deprecated. They run on an old version of VJ Base and have not been updated in many years. I am not planning to update these any more. If you would like to reverse engineer any part of this addon, you are free to use, modify, and redistribute any code I have written in this addon. Please be aware that any part of this mod not made by me (the models for example) are only available to use at the discretion of the original mod authors.!!

This is a reupload of Wibble's battle droid addon since he took it down, I did not make most of this, I have just changed some stuff and added some stuff.


Current Units:
OOM Battle Droid Infantry
B1 Battle Droid Geonosis
OOM Battle Droid Security
OOM Battle Droid Pilot
OOM Battle Droid Commander
OOM Assassin Droid
B1 Elite Battle Droid


You do need the B1 Battle Droids model pack, the Republic Commando model pack(for the elite droid), a weapon model pack(click the addon name on the right), and VJ Base for this to work.

For those of you wondering about this console error:

[[VJ] B1 Battledroid SNPCs] lua/weapons/weapon_vj_droid_shotty/shared.lua:138: Tried to use a NULL entity!

That is a harmless console error due to the weapon models not being rigged properly, and relating to how I got around that. Basically the code I used looks up the right hand bone on the droid and attaches to that bone. When the droid dies, it breaks the code and throws the console error. If you don't like the errors, you can disable weapons dropping in the vj settings menu.
