Industrial lofts - Concrete (RICO)

This old factory has been converted into modern lofts! It's been cleaned up a bit and given new windows and doors, while still keeping the style of the building intact.

It's a level 2 high density residential with 20 households. Without the RICO mod it's just a park which doesn't raise land value.
