Descripción
Tutorial:
Step 1:
Right click on "Effects" next click "Add Clip to Track" and choose "Materials Overlay Effect".

Step 2:
Right click on "New Clip" and choose "Show in Element Viewer".

Step 3:
Click on "..." for choose texture.

Step 4:
Go to folder "dirty lens" and choose your texture, at next set transparency.

No. You can just copy it to your clipboard though, then it shows up.
