Kvam - Day of Infamy (Work in Progress)

"The enemy has yet again been reinforced. His troops are defending the village stubbornly. Our tanks have been knocked out, and Lieutenant Preiss has been severely wounded. The heavy tank that we put in to push through Kvam has not yet returned..."

Kvam is heavily based off the battle that raged in the village with the same name in April 1940. The British Expeditionary Force made a brave defensive stand against the Germans during the invasion of Norway, and this was the first proper battle between British and German forces in WW2.
