Highway Sign 01b_us

(NOT YET INCLUDE IN THE mark-a-Route MOD)

HS_Signs01b_us is a new road sign object for the mod, mark-a-Route.

First seen in SimCity 2013, but I do small changes on model and texture.
Some nice Screenshots for the presentation are also on my to do list :)

@tobse .... can you please make these for left hand drive (i.e. left exit) for Australian roads.
