I think this building looks a bit odd in that it's base is simply pavement and surface parking. The surface parking seems out of place in an urban environment.

@anvaho - Thank you. About the other Unique, I'm not sure about that because there might be those who don't want them to be RICO when the mod is actived. I need to reconsider it.
