There already is one, have a look at "Dread Guard" infestation on the NS2 workshop :)

Serverside mods should override client side mods, so if the clients hvae another/no mod installed (infestation related in this case) should get disabled by having this on your server... AFAIK :D

So I just add this to the server like any other mod and all good or do I need to do any other configuration to allow users to have this?
