Hi Skyliners !!

Here's a new Office building for more diversity in your cities. It's at the same time neutral... and still stands out a bit (hmmm... does it make sense ???.).


Technical facts :

The building is 97m high
It stands on a 3x4 lot, and is a level 3 growable office.

The main model is 1210 tris and uses 1024* textures
The custom LOD is 42 tris and uses 256* textures

Oh... and it grows in 4 slightly different colors.
