I dont think its the medkit icon. I think it's the health Icon. His mod is probs broke because of last stand.

No se porque mi mira no cambia y se muestran las 2 formas, y el hud hace que esté muy abajo la bomba que muy poco se vé. Aver si hay solución amigo.

It's here on the Steam Workshop , and I've made sure to give you proper credit for it. I love using your Chevron and your Tri-Angled Crosshair mods every once in a while when I feel like it.
