Sorry to say that, but 382 tris and a 1024 texture are just too much for a small prop like this! A 1024 texture is more than many houses in this game have.

Less than 50 tris and a 128x128 or 64x64 texture would be acceptable. Also, make a lod mesh (just a box) with a 32 or 16 texture.
