Simple mod which executes "player enableStamina false" each second. Useful when you play CO-OP missions which require a lot of running.

if this doesnt work for you, try using sspcm (simple single player cheat menu) which has an option of disabling and reenabling stamina.

Since multiple have said it doesn't work in the comments. I'd like to confirm that this does work perfectly fine without ace, including the ability to hold breath, and I've used it for years with no problems on any of my missions. If it doesn't work for you, then you likely have a mod conflict messing with stamina.
