I have a problem with WOTC where the flag is just all black :(

i have a mod with all the flags where that problem is fixed, soldiers are no longer getting the flag unless the user assign one of the many flags in the mod

I've noticed this flag is used on randomly generated soldiers a lot. (maybe 1/4 soldiers)
