Introducing the Lowry Avenue Bridge! A steel tied-arch bridge over the Mississippi River in Minneapolis, Minnesota, completed in October of 2012. After browsing through many types of bridges I found this wonderfully lit up bridge and definitely wanted to see it in game. Enough of you asked for a netural version so here it is. HOW TO PLACE
It can only be placed on water due to some issues I was having with the onsurface or onground placement setting. The water was getting clogged underneath causing holes in the river. Only on water seemed to work. Just place it on the water, Then using No Pillars mod select No Collision and No Pillars. Then place whatever kind of road you would like to use! That Simple.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE!!! While this is not required, you will need to have building near by the bridge to light up the neon. If you don't want anything near by there is this invisible power line connector asset that can help you bridge the connection. Check it out here... 1x1 invisible underground power line
