Hyperdimension Neptunia - Dogoo Swarm

After TGP Author start to change Touhou Galaxy Project's art-style and work being more original since 2019 (thank to those Re-Tar ABM) and 2023 with Project Isla. Dozen of Neptunia stuff that TGP Author once use as placeholder is began to purged away from the TGP work. This led to Great Neptunia Purge.

Because of this, dozen of Dogoo that once lived in Gamindustri was use for Great War against the Guardian Characters and the Gamalaticania Alliance who start to remove all of Neptunia content from the series despite they kept the title "Hyperdimension Neptunia" in their Touhou Galaxy Project name.

- Overhaul the mod.
- Add LOD model.
- Add Normal Texture
- Update Hitbox
