No On-Street Parking

Descrizione
Compatible with patch 1.4.0-f3 (SnowFall).
This removes all cars parked on the road, and allows no on-street parking.
路上駐車禁止MODです。今作ってる途中の路駐取り締まりで罰金収入MODの中間派生物。
取り締まりなんていらない！描画用ポリゴン数の節約や美観のために路駐を消したいだけ！という方はどうぞ。

Yes, working. This is universal, not configurable that you suggested for TM:PE.
