Tropical Homes for Everyone & Commercial for After Dark DLC owners

Description
- Homes and Parks do NOT require DLC, everyone can use!
- Commercial REQUIRE DLC AFTER DARK! (they are all Tourism and Entertainment specialization)

May 12 2017 update to many items: removed props including some that were poorly optimized, added some vanilla props here and there to keep design appealing. No action is needed, you will just notice a change in the design.

The Paradise Tropical series offers vanilla buildings fully made over with:
- Lush Tropical Landscape Gardening
- Softer Lighting (including landscape lighting)
- Redecorated completely
- Color variety
- Larger footprints for less clutter, more luxurious look to zones

No need for a building theme! These buildings will just randomly appear in your city's zones, and blend nicely in, to make your city look a lot more tropical and with some more breathing room between buildings!

When you don't want to use these, just deactivate them in Content Manager, or unsubscribe and resubscribe when you want to use them again! They'll be here waiting for you!
