Stuyvesant Town

Beskrivning
This 89 building housing complex sprawls between 14th and 23rd street on the east side of Manhattan. Constructed in 1943 as a quasi-public housing development, Stuyvesant Town's 11,000+ apartments are now privately owned.

The asset folder contains 5 unique building lots with a 5x5 plot size. The lots are modular, and can be assembled however you like. There are two corner lots, a middle lot, another middle lot with a large tower, and an edge lot. For best results, you may want to level the terrain with the terraform tool.

All lots have nearly identical stats:

Model:
2200 tris
512x512 textures
1.8mb file size
60 tri LOD

Level 1 Unique Building:
-5x5 plot
-3 workers
-No entertainment
-No tourist
-128 Monthly upkeep
-12000 initial cost

These assets are test lots for the Ploppable RICO (Beta) mod, however the mod is not required. The mod will convert these assets to ploppable residential with 35 households each.

You could try knocking on the door or ringing the bell/buzzer to get in.... ;-)

It's a building (well five variations of it) that you can use as a plopable asset to make your own version (if you wish to do so) of Stuyvesant Town and have your very own version of a part of NYC in your own city.All you do is add your own roads or pathsbut remember if you want to upgrade your roads when using these then allow room for them to be widened. Also if you want to use them then just click the subscribe button and then this mod will be downloaded and added to your game for use.

Wow. When I visit NYC I always drive through this area on FDR Drive or whisk through it on the Metro-North. This is sure to become a Cities Skylines classic.
