Intro:
This is an ongoing project and is part of my UK Terraced housing / commercial collection so be sure to keep your eye out for more houses, pubs, shops and other interesting stuff :). This asset is AFTER DARK READY.

Building Info:
Type : Growable
Size : 4x4 layout
Density : Low Commercial
Level : 1

How do i spawn these buildings in game?
The best way to spawn these houses is to download the Building themes mod which I've added to the terraced house / commercial collection. Alternatively you can use the two mods below:

- Building eyedropper tool: (essential for easy spawning)
- Control Building Level Up v0.4

Do these houses require any props?
Well they don't technically require them but they look better with them. I've added the props to the required items

Model Info:
  • 787 Polys
  • 1,817 Tris
  • 1024 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Specular, Colour, Illumination)
  • Custom LOD (135 tris)

Haha downloading this was a nice surprise, I live in the same town as this pub which you must have modelled it over. The only difference is that in IRL the car park is where the beer garden is.
