Improved Weight Tool
Improved Weight is an entirely rewritten version of Marii's Weight STool. It has been cleaned, optimized, and provides many new helpful features for clients.

Credits:

• Marii (STEAM_0:1:16015332) :: Updating the Weight STool for GMod 13, also being the starting point for Improved Weight

Multi-language Support:
The Improved Weight tool features multi-language support (listed below). If you are multi/bilingual, please consider helping by providing translations into other languages. - Fixed unpooled net message error.

- Added colorscales, draws a colored halo around viewed entities that represents how heavy it is
- Added ability to round displayed weights from 0 to 8 decimal places
- Added proper support for the legacy tooltip GUI
- Added ability to force the tooltip to always show, even when the weight tool isn't being used
- Added ability to show/hide notifications when setting/copying/restoring entity weights
- Added ability to enable/disable playing notification sounds when setting/copying/restoring entity weights
- Added support for localization of every phrase in the tool menu and tooltip HUD
- Added ability to change localization

weights not saving with duped resized props

Weights don't save properly if used with the Prop Resizer addon. For some reason any prop that's resized, applied X weight, saved then loaded via a dupe or a save will not be the same.

For example, if I set a prop's weight to 40k, then resize it to be bigger with the Prop Resizer, it will *always* load as 50k from a dupe or from a save.
Is there a way to fix this? I'd really appreciate it as I *really* need to use both to make certain pieces for dupes and other buildings.

Sander, I believe that Garry's Mod or the Source Engine itself has an internal limitation at least 0.02 or whatever the minimum is in the tool. It is not something that was arbitrarily chosen by me, and it is not possible to set it any lower.

Honestly would be neat to be able to set weight 0, Wiremod's E2 can do this with the setMass(0) function just fine, and there doesn't seem to be any undesirable side effects to this, so why not allow for it? (my OCD is not happy with a weight of 0.02)
