Compatible with patch 1.4.0-f3 (SnowFall).

I fixed Skylines Overwatch for SnowFall.

This is the framework to monitor and categorize buildings, vehicles, citizens, and animals in the city. My some mods use this framework. If you don't use them, you don't need this.
Please check the description of the original version for more information!

Note: To use this version you need to unsubscribe original version first, and then subscribe to my version.

This does not work at all, if anyone can recommend to me ANY mod that will fix hearses not picking up anyone even with traffic? PLEASE HELP. THIS PISSES ME OFF
