There is an much easyier way of creating corners. You can use Modtools:

Hello.

I need help. I have an idea to make a LDC 3 level corner building. I've already made 1 and 2 level corner shops using your assets as a template, but I can't find a 3 level building. Please if You have one help me to find it. Or just explain how You managed to make low density corner buildings, thanks!)
