A futuristic radio antenna inspired by VLA dishes built on the plains of New Mexico. Astronomers use these dishes to discover, observe and study celestial objects. They can be setup in arrays where they form a vast, synchronised observatory.

Ingame, each dish slightly improves Education satisfaction in a very large radius, employs highly educated scientists and accepts small groups of University students.

So, this is awesome, so thank you. That's the most important thing. Could you use the model for the windmill to make this animated, and have the dish spin? Possibly with the wind, sounds easiest, or just however so that the dish isn't a still asset?
