UK Pub - The Squirrel

Intro:
This is an ongoing project and is part of my UK Terraced housing / commercial collection so be sure to keep your eye out for more houses, pubs, shops and other interesting stuff :). This asset is AFTER DARK READY.

Building Info:
Type : Growable
Size : 3x3 layout
Density : Low Commercial
Level : 1

How do i spawn these buildings in game?
The best way to spawn these houses is to download the Building themes mod which I've added to the terraced house / commercial collection. Alternatively you can use the two mods below:

- Building eyedropper tool: (essential for easy spawning)
- Control Building Level Up v0.4

Do these houses require any props?
Well they don't technically require them but they look better with them. I've added the props to the required items

Model Info:
  • 445 Polys
  • 1,060 Tris
  • 1024 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Specular, Colour, Illumination)
  • Custom LOD (85 tris)

I wondered if I would be allowed to change the specialization of your pubs and cafes (and hotels if you have any) to leisure/tourism for others to download?

@WagnumPI - I havent played the game properly for a good while now. Everything was working fine the last time i checked. Im guessing updates to other mods are causing this.

Fantastic work but for some reason when I try and add these to a theme it's showing all the pubs in yellow (Not working) Any ideas what's wrong here??

cant help but notice all of your pubs are in Rugby, any chance you'd be able to add my 2 favorites, the silver star and the merchants, or my local (the bear)

Ah, well no there not, but that does look a little odd. I will look into it and do an update at some point in the future (dont know when tho). Cheers for pointing it out.

Are these pubs supposed to be corner lots? Because it looks weird with how the parking is, for example you can see here how cars park in the middle of 2 buildings. http://i.imgur.com/7Wd9QzW.jpg
