I used this addon extensively on my old server, this is just a reupload by me so clients can have an easier download. I aquired it from garrysmod.org.

Features 7 houses and 5 apartment props.

They're all scalable to source units, meaning they're the correct dimensions for floors and doorways.

find them by scrolling to the bottom of your spawnlist
under browse
expand addons
click on "Houses & apartments prop pack"

it makes my gm construct bricks look grey

One of the houses is from Phys Destructible Town V2. The problem with that map is the game crashes on it if I use x86-64 Garry's Mod. It is unplayable.
