Employ Overeducated Workers

This mod aims at helping low-level buildings to employ overeducated workers.
Highly educated people will work in indusries without minding it!
高学歴でも低レベルの工場などで普通に働いてくれるようにするのが目的のMODです。

In this mod, highly educated people search higher level jobs first. If job is not found, they search lower level jobs.
On the other hand, low-level industries search lower level workers first. If worker is not found, they search higher level workers.
このMODは雇用のメカニズムを改変します。
まず通常と同様に同学歴レベルの求人票と求職者のマッチングを試した後に、求人票に対して高学歴な求職者とのマッチングを試していくようにします。

You can use this in your current game.
