UK Pub - The Black Horse

Intro:
This is an ongoing project and is part of my UK Terraced housing / commercial collection so be sure to keep your eye out for more houses, pubs, shops and other interesting stuff :). This asset is AFTER DARK READY.

Building Info:
Type : Growable
Size : 4x4 layout
Density : Low Commercial
Level : 1

How do i spawn these buildings in game?
The best way to spawn these houses is to download the Building themes mod which I've added to the terraced house / commercial collection. Alternatively you can use the two mods below:

- Building eyedropper tool: (essential for easy spawning)
- Control Building Level Up v0.4

Do these houses require any props?
Well they don't technically require them but they look better with them. I've added the props to the required items

Model Info:
  • 708 Polys
  • 1,610 Tris
  • 1024 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Specular, Colour, Illumination)
  • Custom LOD (231 tris)

Love the pubs! Issue though.... When I build this one in game it finishes construction and then very quickly dissapears or is automatically destroyed... no idea why! Any thoughts?

Where did you get the rest of the Beitish houses? No point in having an English pub with American houses or what ever they are?

@ramrom - Use the Building Eye Dropper tool, the link is in the description above. Its very handy and means that you can chose what to put where.

It looks great however it's spawning on every 4x4 plot. I end up getting too many of these. I use your collection so I'd like most 4x4 plots to be spawning as your 1x2 shops and only some with this. How do I get about it?
