Famous Officer Upgrade

This mod seems incompatible with either other big mods or newer versions of the game. Not sure. I have a crash playing Classical World 5 mod and Kingdoms of the Silk Road mod at later stages of the game (week 220-300). When I disabled this mod crash is gone now.

I have the mod. when i first installed it, it works fine but for some-reason it just disappears from the mod/dlc tap in game after maybe a day and with it it's Famous Officer upgrade in game.

this perk was my favorite in hegemony of rome shame its not built in.

Might I suggest altering this to a full 4 tier progression with general?

T1: 10% Brigade Size, 5% Moral
T2: 20% Brigade Size, 10% Moral
T3: 30% Brigade Size, 15% Moral
T4: 40% Brigade Size, 20% Moral
General: 50% Brigade Size, 25% Moral.

I know this mod is optional, but 100% brigade size was a bit overpowerd in previous iterations, and after testing, it seems it still is.

Perhaps also altering Standard Bearer to Moral and formation strength?

I have some peltasts with this upgrade in a city full of recruits on the beta branch, but they wont recruit any,they just have this upgrade, other troops that have it recruit fine
