I think for some reason this asset became broken. I'm sorry for not working on it, but just have other stuff to do. You can try to open this asset in editor and re-save it as your own (I give you official permission, if you need it), may be it will do

Hi! This prop fails to load for me. Here's what the loading screen mod report says:

Required in: 624844616.M EN row 3x3_Data
Workshop asset requires private content, seems like asset bug

Is this a problem with the asset or am I just doing something wrong?

I have about a dozen props that seem to be throwing this error for recently downloaded assets. All the rest have worked fine. Thank you for all your work and for any assistance you can provide.
