No, because Discord only supports stereo for bots on Discord Desktop (you can't hear stereo in the web client). It's a bummer.

Would something like Gscord even be possible? If it'd be an app you have to authorize that controls local volume and mute, you would miss the 3D voice functionality, which is very important...

You could go "Bruteforce" and create 10 bot "relays" and put everyone in a separate channels and the "relay" bots would mix voices together, which would allow for some kind of 3D voice.
