I have a immersion problem with cost being only 800. It doesn't fit with the rest of the parks / recreation areas pricing.

I've tried this with a bunch of different detail and texture settings and was not able to replicate your issue. So no changes were made...

This looks pretty bad on very low settings, much worse than the restaurant plaza/pink brick path. Would be cool if you could see if this could be improved.

Network Extensions is a mod on the workshop, very highly recommended

If you mean the streets in the screenshots, those are part of Network Extensions. ;)
